Thermal work limit

- It's long enough and new enough, but it's not very well written at this point. Use of citation templates (Template:cite journal and others) would help clean it up; the formatting is inconsistent, and only reference 3 is done properly (with italicized journal title, article title in quotation marks, etc). At least three paragraphs are unsourced. "Methodology" ends with "into the following working zones.", but nothing follows. Having an inline calculator is handy, but not exactly encyclopedic--I suppose we can let that slide, but we really shouldn't have a manufacturer's link inline. And "There has been a significant reduction..."--sure, but a journal article is cited: certainly that article presents some numbers so we can say something better than the current, rather vague statement.
