Virginia Apuzzo
edit- ... that Virginia Apuzzo was a nun until shortly after the Stonewall riots, when she left her convent and became a gay rights and AIDS activist?
- ALT1:... that Virginia Apuzzo was the most senior openly gay member of the Clinton administration?

- New enough (created by GorillaWarfare on 9 June 2017), long enough (5,120 B "readable prose size"), fully referenced. ALT1 hook fine, supported by online reference. QPQ done. However, the main hook does not appear in the article. Yes, it says she left the convent days after the Stonewall riots, but it doesn't say that this was to become an activist; she later became an activist. Otherwise good to go with ALT1, but I think is is a lame hook compared with the main.
- Also, I don't think "nun" needs to be linked.
- I assessed the article as C class. If it had an Infobox, it would be a B. Hawkeye7 (talk) 06:39, 9 June 2017 (UTC)
- How about "left her convent and became a gay rights and AIDS activist"? Fits more closely with the WP article's wording, though either version is adequately supported by the source: see [1]. I've unlinked "nun" per your suggestion. Can add an IBX if you're really keen on it, though I'm not sure what it would really add to the article. GorillaWarfare (talk) 07:22, 9 June 2017 (UTC)
- @Hawkeye7: Any thoughts? GorillaWarfare (talk) 06:00, 15 June 2017 (UTC)
- Approved main hook with proposed change. Main hook is preferred. As for the IBX: it's up to you. The only benefit is a B rating. B5: The article contains supporting materials where appropriate. Illustrations are encouraged, though not required. Diagrams and an infobox etc. should be included where they are relevant and useful to the content. Hawkeye7 (talk) 12:54, 15 June 2017 (UTC)
