Overall: Nice work Sammi Brie. While it may be irrelevant for this hook, I was particularly intrigued at the return including interest. Looks like it's a 6% interest rate every year for 4 years, which would result in a 26.24% profit for each individual lender - which actually isn't too bad at all.
