- ... that a vandal "knew what he was doing" when he disconnected the fuse blocks to WEYY's transmitter, keeping it off the air for two and a half hours? Source

- 5x expansion is new enough and long enough. I'm not sure why the newspapers.com clips aren't showing for me--my institution has a subscription to newspapers.com and I couldn't find the source even with looking up the newspaper separately. The newspaper sources are significant, so I'm going to contact my library's IT department to try to figure out what the problem is. Review pending until I can resolve the newspapers.com issue. - Resolved the newspapers.com issue on my end, and was able to verify the hook's source and spot-check other sources. There is an instance of close paraphrasing. The Wikipedia article states "The station's easy listening format was intended to fill the market void left when WHMA flipped to country." The newspaper article states "The news station's music will replace the apparent void left by WHMA's recent switch to country." The article is neutral and carefully sourced in-line. Hook is short enough and interesting to a general audience, but also has an issue with close paraphrasing. Original source states "Someone [...] ripped out the fuse blocks, causing a 2 1/2-hour delay in getting the station on the air this morning." QPQ done. Please reword the hook and the other instance of close paraphrasing and I will be happy to approve the nomination. Rachel Helps (BYU) (talk) 20:13, 23 October 2019 (UTC)
- @Rachel Helps (BYU): I've changed the hook from "ripped out" to "disconnected" and reworded a couple of areas. Raymie (t • c) 21:47, 23 October 2019 (UTC)
- Looks good. I approve the nomination and the hook. Rachel Helps (BYU) (talk) 21:52, 23 October 2019 (UTC)
