5x expanded by Epicgenius (talk). Self-nominated at 23:24, 28 January 2021 (UTC).
- Having once been a regular commuter using this bridge myself between the Major Deegan Expwy and Henry Hudson Parkway, I never really appreciated its history and beauty until reading this interesting and well-written article. It meets DYK requirements for recent 5x expansion. No copyvios detected. The image checks out as properly licensed and lends itself well to thumb presentation as a DYK lead item. All of the hooks are supported by the cited sources. Personally, I found Alt2 the most intriguing, but Alt0 is quite suitable. JGHowes talk 15:22, 29 January 2021 (UTC)
