  • New (18th), long enough, neutral, no copyvio found via spot check, 4th DYK so no QPQ necessary. Hook doesn't have an immediate ref in article (see 3b). Please ping me if I don't respond. czar  00:21, 21 July 2014 (UTC)
    All elements of the hook are referenced on various places in the body of the article, but they are also all mentioned in this source, which is used in the article. Here is an alternative source in English. – Editør (talk) 02:19, 21 July 2014 (UTC)
I didn't say the article was unreferenced. You'll see what I mean at 3b (linked above), you'll see what I mean. That they were passengers on Flight 17 should have a citation immediately following that sentence, etc. czar  02:44, 21 July 2014 (UTC)
In the section 'Death' are four references (ref 5/3/9/10) for that he was on this flight. In the section 'Career' is mentioned that he did a PhD and subsequently became a law professor (ref 1), he was a senator during two periods (ref 1), and an author (ref 7/8). All these facts are supported by inline citations directly after them. In the section 'Bibliography', six books are mentioned, which are also references for that he was an author. The lead is a summary of the article body with only duplicate information (per WP:MOSINTRO), so there is no need to include redundant references in the lead (per WP:CITELEAD). Are there any other concerns? – Editør (talk) 09:13, 21 July 2014 (UTC)
Yes, the same concern, repeated once again: 3b of the DYK eligibility criteria. The hook mentions that he was on MA flight 17, so the part of the article that sources this fact needs an immediate citation (e.g., right after "contested eastern Donetsk region.") czar  15:06, 21 July 2014 (UTC)
Alright, I've rewritten the section 'Death' and repositioned the references. As you can see, nothing substantially changed, but each individual sentence is now directly followed by inline citations. – Editør (talk) 19:01, 21 July 2014 (UTC)
@Czar: ping as requested. – Editør (talk) 12:29, 23 July 2014 (UTC)

gtg, image okay (Just needed the one citation, not to be rewritten, but okay as is.) Please add a citation for the bibliography when you have a chance. czar  12:39, 23 July 2014 (UTC)

Thanks. I've added inline citations for the books in the bibliography. – Editør (talk) 14:05, 23 July 2014 (UTC)
