edit- ... that Lord Nairne was one of the first to rally to the cause of the Old Pretender (pictured) in the Jacobite rising of 1715?

- Article - created new on 10 December, so new enough; 2946 characters of readable prose, so long enough; neutral; at least one inline citation to every paragraph; no copy vios detected skimming through refs I can access; assessed as start class, so not a stub; no BLP concerns (subject died in 1726 anyway).
- Hook - within length criteria at 123 characters; correctly formatted; correctly cited/supported by ref #1 in third paragraph of 'Life' section; and interesting.
- QPQ done.
I have asked Crisco to double check the image license as although it is marked PD and looks fine to me, there is another template about third party claims that I've never come across before. SagaciousPhil - Chat 17:09, 20 December 2013 (UTC)
