Wine sauce

- The article is new and long enough. It is neutral and I can see no copyright violations. The hook is interesting and cited with an offline source in the "Ingredients and preparation" section. Image is free and used in the article. QPQ has been done. - JuneGloom Talk 01:22, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
- Here's the source that's used in the article (which also verifies the hook), from Google Books, but it's an online source that is also hyperlinked in the article, as opposed to being an offline source as stated above.
