  • Length is more than sufficient, dates check out, tone is neutral, text seems to avoid close paraphrasing. The hook is interesting, of proper length, and (after some improvements to the citations) is directly cited to a reliable source. QPQ is not present but only 1 previous DYK credit appears for this user so not required. One minor issue, but one requiring attention, is that the article has been added to only one category (Category:Smallpox) so there's a {{catimprove}} tag that needs to be resolved. - Dravecky (talk) 10:22, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
  • Hi and thanks for your help. I have added more categories. I am about to add a line or two (with a citation) that links the 1966 smallpox outbreak with the University of Birmingham. Graham Beards (talk) 10:47, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
  • Excellent! I've reworked the categories a bit more and now it's good to go. - Dravecky (talk) 10:32, 4 September 2015 (UTC)
