{{Election summary total}} adds a row totaling the number of votes in an election, for purposes of the {{Election summary}} group of templates.

Background

This is a fork of {{Election summary net total}}, which is a misnomer that does what editors might presume this template does (i.e. end the summary table for a series of template invocations relying on the default set).
