Usage
editThis template provides correct formatting of disambiguated film titles where it is necessary to display the full page title but with the film title in italics, e.g. on disambiguation pages.
Normally this would be done the following way:
[[Captain Marvel (film)|''Captain Marvel'' (film)]]
The template aims to simplify this, so by using:
{{Film dab|Captain Marvel}}
the film title is rendered in italics and the "(film)" suffix is added automatically, i.e.
For articles with more specific disambiguation, the template supports a second unnamed parameter, so:
{{Film dab|Aladdin|2019}}
will display as:
