This template creates a link to an article about a film, attempting to correctly guess the article name.

How it works

Consider the following input: {{Film year|Foo|1234}}

1. Check if "Foo (1234 film)" exists, if so, return ''[[Foo (1234 film)|Foo]]'' (1234)
2. Check if "Foo (film)" exists, if so, return ''[[Foo (film)|Foo]]'' (1234)
3. Return ''[[Foo]]'' (1234)
