Usage
editThis template (short for "format title: quotes") puts the non-parenthetical portion of a page title in double quotes, and links to the given page. It is intended for formatting article titles on disambiguation pages.

{{subst:ftq|Party in the U.S.A.}} → "Party in the U.S.A."
