This template displays a chart indicating how the ITV franchisees were merged to form ITV plc and (optionally) SMG.

Usage

Parameter	Description
`\|caption=`	Optional caption to be displayed below the diagram. Note that a long caption may cause the width of the whole diagram to increase. If this is not desired, it can be avoided by inserting breaks `<br />` in the caption.
`\|smg=`	Any value in this parameter causes the two Scottish franchisees to be included. Omit this parameter to hide these two franchisees.
`\|float=`	Specify `left` or `right` to position the diagram on the page with text flowing around it. Omit this parameter for the diagram to appear on the left with no text alongside it.
