(optional, only in team-sports) number of teams in the tournament for team sports
nations
(optional) total number of unique nations represented
win_time or win_score
winning time or score; choice of parameter affects the label.
win_label and win_value
use this to specify an alternative label and value
gold, silver, bronze
Athlete name or team name. Use |gold={{flag SEAGF team|IND|2010}} (for example) for a team name, instead of giving a full list of athletes. For duos and small teams, separate entries with {{plainlist}}
gold_nation, silver_nation, bronze_nation
(Optional) country code for the gold medal winner. Do not specify this if the |gold= parameter specifies a team name instead of an individual name.
gold2 and gold2_nation
As for |gold= and |gold_nation=, but used for situations where there is a tie for first place and two gold medals are awarded (The template currently supports up to three of each medal type.).
