Infobox for displaying undergraduate admissions statistics for U.S. colleges and universities. Test optional institutions should use |test optional=y to add a disclaimer. Always use data for enrolling students (available from the Common Data Set), not admitted students. Also, note historical comparisons for test scores and class rank using percentage points, not percentage.

This template is designed to comprehensively include all due information, so tables with yearly data should be removed when it is added.
