Parameters

- name - the name of the law enforcement operation
- codename - optional - code name(s) assigned to the law enforcement operation
- partof - optional name of project the operation is a component of
- image - optional an image for the operationbox
- image_upright - optional image upright scaling factor.
- alt - optional Alternative text for image that is accessible to screen readers to help the visually impaired
- caption - optional - the text to be placed below the image
- type - optional - type of operation such as "drug enforcement", "weapons enforcement", Child pornography crackdown, etc.
- scope - optional - scope of the operation such as domestic, multinational, cross-border, global
- planned_by - optional - the country/agency/department responsible for developing the plan.
- initated_by - optional - the country/agency/department that was the initiator. This may usually be used in lieu of planned_by
- executed_by - optional - the country/agency/department responsible for carrying out the operation
- Countries Participated - optional - a list of all countries that are known to have participated in one way or another. For example, this would be inclusive of the planned_by, the initated_by and the executed_by but there may be countries that received information/tips from the operation which resulted in arrests, or provided information or tips to the operation which resulted in it's planning and execution.
- countries_number - optional an integer number of countries known to have participated in the operation. This may be a number of a number+ (example 15+)
- objective – optional – the objective(s) of the operation.
- target – optional – as an alternative to the objective field above, the target(s) of the operation.
- method - optional - the methodology that the operation was conducted - specific examples in dark web deanonymization would be NIT, Traffic analysis, 0-day-exploit, etc. But other examples might be dragnet, checkpoints, mass surveillance etc.
- date executed - optional - the date(s), if any, on which the operation was executed. it is recommended to use a (and if applicable
- time-begin and time-end – optional – as an alternative to the time field above, the start and end times, respectively.
- suspects - optional - number unique individuals subjected to searched and seizure warrants as part of the enforcement
- arrests - optional - number of unique individuals subjected to arrest as part of the enforcement
- indictments/complaints/information - optional - number of arrests that were allowed to move forward for judicial investigation
- convictions - optional - number of convictions that came out of the enforcement operation
- appealed convictions - "optional"" number of people convicted that appealed their conviction
- appeals - optional - number of appeals generated as a result of the enforcement operation (interlocutory appeals, government appeals etc)
- misc_results - optional - a field to include all the results that may have occurred as a result of an operation. One such use would be the accounting of seized assets such as quantity of drugs, money and arms other other contraband. Additional uses would be the number of victims saves or liberated.
- initial budget - optional Total projected cost of the operation
- final_expenditure - optional Total cost including court cost, lawyers fees, operation expenditures, experts, etc. all inclusive for the cost of the operation, law enforcement actions, prosecution, and incarceration/corrections.
