This template is used to create a table to display information for a single piece of media or related title in a list of media titles. Not all parameters will be used. Different combinations of parameters are used to display different table formats.
This template employs intricate features of template syntax.

Usage

- Parameter descriptions
- article: Used to link the media title to the article's page name; produces a piped wikilink. Should be used even if the game's title and article title are the same.
- title: The media title—required.
- date: The media's release dates. Formats may vary depending on the platform release.
- canceled: Used in place of "date" if the media was canceled. List the media's cancellation date.
- refs: Used to provide references for release dates. Will list the [#] next to "Release dates:", "Cancellation date", or the "platform".
- release: Listing of platforms the media has been released on by year—at least one platform is required.
- platform: Used in place of "release" depending on the desired template outcome.
- notes: Any special noteworthy piece of information. (i.e. alternative names, special milestones, etc.) A bulleted listed is recommended. Details of the media may be useful.
- Other functionalities
- linkable: The template creates a html-anchor, using the title parameter.
