This template was used to facilitate the X1 cleanup at User:Anomie/Neelix list and it's subpages. it is retained to keep the histories of those pages human-readable, and to have a record of the cleanup. Due to the volume of the cleanup (80,000 redirects), it was impractical to spend more than a few seconds judging each article. This template displays the initial redirect, the target of it, and some linksfor convenience. During the cleanup, non-admins would move redirects that they felt should be deleted under now-repealed criterion X1 to the top of the list. This was the equivalent of applying a speedy deletion tag to the redirects. An admin would periodically come through, spot check, and then d-batch the section. Any user could keep a redirect and remove it from the cleanup by deleting it from the list.
