Temporary note

As of August 2016, most of links to Pogoda i klimat used the old style broken URLs, without this template or archive URLs given. For example:

This has changed on the Pogoda i klimat website to:

http://www.pogodaiklimat.ru/climate/22892.htm

Links should be updated, applying this template in the process: example diff.

Usage

Template is used for linking to sources for climate statistics, on the Pogoda i klimat site.

|id= – slug of Pogoda i klimat page URL
|title= – text to display; if no value is entered, defaults to page name
|date= – when the Pogoda i klimat page was updated
|access-date= – for use in a citation

In the article about Vyborg, at http://pogoda.ru.net/climate/22892.htm the |id= is 22892.
