This userbox template identifies you as a U.S. military veteran who was granted a disability status by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.

Use

To use this userbox template, place the following Wikitext on your user page:

{{User US disabled veteran|type|percent}}

where:

• type is the type of disability (default = null)
• percent is the percentage of disability (default = null)

This template adds your user page to the following category:

• Category:United States disabled veteran Wikipedians

A nocat=true parameter may be used to inhibit the declaration of this category.
