- class: Options are FA, A, GA, B, Start, Stub, FL, List, Dab, Template, Cat, Redirect, Project, Image, and NA. If blank, this will default as Unassessed. Descriptions of the options can be found at WP:DND/A. NA is "not applicable".
- importance: Top, High, Mid, Low, Bottom, No. If blank, this will default as Unknown priority. Descriptions of the options can be found at WP:DND/A.
- attention: Answer yes if the page needs immediate attention, such as if it is a copyvio or is proposed for deletion, otherwise remove this line. Consider also adding the article to the appropriate part of the announcements section on the project's main page.
- cleanup: Answer yes if the page needs general cleanup not covered by the refs or fiction parameters, otherwise remove this line.
- refs: Answer yes if the article needs its references improved in any way, otherwise remove this line.
- rfc: Answer yes if input by another project member is requested on the talk page, otherwise remove this line. Consider also adding the article to the appropriate part of the announcements section on the project's main page.
- focus: Answer yes if the article is a current "focus" of the project, otherwise remove this line.
- oldfocus: Answer yes if the article was previously a "focus" of the project, otherwise remove this line.
