Ties
editA couple quick thoughts. Given that this league's regular season games can end in a tie, it seems that the W-L column should be W-L-T. And a winning percentage column may be preferred over games behind; while there are no bye weeks, GB will be awkward (and not really meaningful) in the middle of a weekend when some teams have completed more games than others. - @Dmoore5556: I appreciate the suggestions and have implemented them in the template. PCN02WPS (talk | contribs) 03:40, 9 February 2019 (UTC)
- Looks good, thanks. We'll see how things go with this new league.... Dmoore5556 (talk) 03:42, 9 February 2019 (UTC)
- @Dmoore5556: I'm looking forward to it, and with the several hours I put in making the season articles, I hope it doesn't flop mid-season. PCN02WPS (talk | contribs) 05:45, 9 February 2019 (UTC)

Tiebreakers
editAnyone know if the league's tiebreakers are the same as the NFL, or ? The template has fields typically used for tie breaking (e.g. point differential, strength of schedule, strength of victories) and it would be good to know how they should be applied. Some NFL info here. Thanks. Dmoore5556 (talk) 08:36, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
SOS
editSince two teams in the same conference would have the same SOS if they finish equal in the standings (since they would have played the same teams except for when they play each other, but they would have the same record anyway), is it really a point to listing SOS? It couldn't ever be a tie breaker with the current schedule format. SOV could be a tie breaker, since there could be a difference in the teams they've beaten, but teams from the same conference who end up tied will always be tied for SOS. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.161.89.123 (talk) 13:02, 15 February 2019 (UTC)
- @193.161.89.123: The SOS will probably stay during the season but if it becomes redundant it will probably be removed closer to the end of the season. On an unrelated note, please remember to sign your comments by adding four tildes to the end, like this:

. Thank you! PCN02WPS (talk | contribs) 14:29, 15 February 2019 (UTC)- Is there an AAF source for SOS and SOV, or is someone here maintaining a spreadsheet for these, or ? They are rather complicated, as they have to be recalculated after each game has been played (as each new result impacts the calculations for all other teams previously played). I'd generally not recommend trying to provide such stats, other than those that are sourced, as they're error-prone and unreliable. Thoughts? Dmoore5556 (talk) 23:37, 23 February 2019 (UTC)
- I've created a spreadsheet and will use it to update SOS and SOV as the season progresses (unless it's decided to deprecate those fields). Dmoore5556 (talk) 01:03, 25 February 2019 (UTC)
