Template talk:Bureaucrat note
Latest comment: 15 years ago by Juliancolton in topic Pictogram
Why is this template protected, its just an image with two words, templates such as {{TakeNote}} and the checkuser templates such as {{Likely}}, {{Possible}}, {{unrelated}} etc are not protected, this is by far high risk..... Rlest 16:43, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
- Template:Clerk-note, the template on which this one is based, was protected, so I followed suit. --Deskana (talk) 16:46, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
- Mh, I'm still not too convinced; lets leave it here and see what others have to say about it. --Rlest 16:47, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
- Given that they were all protected by the same person, and all the others are only sprotected, I have a feeling that Thatcher may have accidentally fully protected clerk-note. I'll reduce this to sprotection. --Deskana (talk) 16:50, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

Pictogram
editI'm not fantastically happy with the choice of pictogram.
It can either been seen as an "i" or an upside down, Spanish style "!": neither of those are really right. Anyone got any suggestions for replacements? --Dweller (talk) 09:52, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
- I see WJB Scribe chose it (edit summary: I presume these will usually be requests for more info?). So it seems it's intended to be an "i", but I think the info is being requested from the recipient, which means it's inappropriate. I know, I'm pedantic. --Dweller (talk) 10:10, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
- You could replace it with instead. SoWhy 10:23, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
