Automatic addition of a header

I was thinking it would be useful if there was a parameter, say {{{header}}}, that would let you automatically add a header to the notice, in the style of either == Your attention needed at [[WP:CHUS]] == or == Your attention needed at [[WP:CHUU]] == depending on whether type=USURP or not.
