The colour CFB53B does not meet the contrast guidelines when tested against the link colour 0645AD using Snook's tool http://snook.ca/technical/colour_contrast/colour.html. The tool shows the contrast is only adequate at font sizes of 18 points and above. It is therefore not providing enough contrast. If you have any questions about how to use the colour contrast tool or why contrast is important for visually impaired readers, please let me know. On another note, I would like to mention that it is not necessary to place color:black;
