The comment with the blank line should be removed, or the <noinclude> should be moved up to encompass the comment. As it is now, the comment gets transcluded. This is a problem, for example, because it breaks a DYK utility for counting hook lengths. This utility grabs text and expects all relevant text to be on a single line. For an example, see User:Mandarax/Sandbox2; clicking on "Hook lengths" should show results for both, but the one with cvt doesn't work. (This is obviously a completely uncontroversial request even if I didn't have this specific reason.) MANdARAX XAЯAbИAM 19:48, 21 July 2022 (UTC)
