Neither Template:Country data Togo nor Template:Country data Togoland nor Template:Country data Gold Coast nor Template:Country data Ghana has data to call the the flag of British Togoland, used from or later than 1916 and until 1956.

I think that for the Template:Country data Togoland, the label {{flagdeco|Togoland|British}} should code for File:Flag of British Togoland.svg

It could also be useful to have think that for the Template:Country data Gold Coast, the label {{flagdeco|Gold Coast|Togoland}} should code for File:Flag of British Togoland.svg
