exclusion of Phramongkolthepmuni

Joshua Jonathan, your removing of Phramongkolthepmuni from the template of teachers is something that should be discussed first, since it involves the lineage of the tradition and thereby the validity of it. I am now reverting your edit manually, which due to some error could not be done through the review history. I am now also including Wat Paknam Bhasicharoen in the template.
