Ref updated and problem fixed

The problem of a proper ref showing that Herbert Sandberg was both a Buchenwald survivor and a co-founder of Ulenspiegel is now fixed. My previous attempt to get a ref was silly, I went to the article and tried to grab a ref there, but the ref I took was one used to establish that he had known Emil Carlebach at Buchenwald and it being snippet view, it did not state the place, only that he had been his "Blockältester", which was a term from the camps (see Prisoner functionary) and then when the snippet wasn't visible to the reviewer, I copied over the visible bit and the reviewer approved the article, but not the first hook. I didn't see this until the article had already been promoted. So, now the problem is fixed and this can go back to the queue or the noms list to wait for Schwede66 to tick it again.
