I am responding to the comments on the DYK nomination. Thank you for the positive feedback! Regarding issue #2: There is very little biographical information available (at least that I have found) on Seeman Kaplan. His profile in "Minnesota Architects: A Biographical Dictionary" by Alan K. Lathrop incorrectly states his birthdate as June 5, 1895. However, his gravestone clearly says 1894, as does the Kaplan family tree in Ancestry.com. So I am unsure as to how to resolve this issue.KIRTIS (talk) 21:07, 26 December 2016 (UTC)

@KIRTIS: My personal advice would be to cite the book. Wikipedia prefers published secondary sources. Gravestones - even if you are 100% sure this is the correct Seeman Kaplan - have been wrong before, and the Ancestry.com family tree is another user generated source of unknown reliability.
