Fantasmic!, Beauty and the Beast, Playhouse Disney, Voyage, and Indiana Jones are all entertainment venues with set showtimes. I think they are better off grouped by their physical location as they are now, however I think Fantasmic! should then be moved to the Sunset Blvd line. The parade would make sense in its own category as it passes through multiple areas. Anubis3K 22:41, 9 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
- In all the other Disney parks templates like this the fireworks shows are placed in the entertainment section. That's the reasoning why it's like this, I'm not saying it's right, but that's the reasoning at least. Maybe you can get a consensus to change it at wikiproject disney, but to keep with uniformity Template:Disneyland2 needs to move fantasmic somewhere too then. Phydend 22:53, 9 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
- Fantasmic! is not a fireworks display (although they are utilized as special effects and as a major part of the finale). Additionally, the show at the Studios takes place in an ampitheater where only guests inside can view it. The Disneyland version is in a much more open area without seating in Frontierland.
- If we conform with the pattern of Template:Disneyland2, then the shows I listed above should also fall under entertainment. Most of the attractions at the Disnedy-MGM Studios are entertainment venues due to the park's nature. Lumping them all into the Entertainment category would not make the template very useful. Perhaps for formatting's sake we can use something like this: /TEMPnewtemplate Anubis3K 04:45, 11 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
- Yeah, I'll say that's true, I've never seen Fantasmic! at Disneyland and until recently thought it split time as the main fireworks show in the park on certain days. The new template looks good to me, but do you want to add the parade (and I guess that High School Musical show that they were doing if it's still going on) to the template. It would just be for uniformity's sake (but I actually don't care if you do or not, it doesn't have an article and it's probably unlikely to get one). Phydend 16:41, 11 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
