Confusing legend

Could someone add some detail to the legend at the bottom of this diagram? Some colors are used for more than one party (yellow, grey and light blue). It is not clear which color applies to which bar in the graph. I would assume each of these three colors mean different things at different dates. Perhaps adding "until 19XX" or "after 20XX" to certain items could clear up the confusion. ++Arx Fortis (talk) 23:16, 11 May 2010 (UTC)

Merging of groups

Would it not make sense to keep the Patriots and ESN distinct? What makes, e.g., the AfD distinct from Fidesz?

This would also solve the need for the added brackets with the two group names which makes the template heavier imho. Fanzago (talk) 08:51, 24 July 2024 (UTC)

I have no idea what is the difference between ECR, Patriots and ESN. Other than each next one being more radical than previous one.
