Description of suggested change: I would like to propose the addition of a new template for Currency.Wiki to enhance the "Template:Exchange rate" page. The new template will provide direct links to exchange rate information from Currency.Wiki for several currencies. This addition aims to improve the accessibility and inclusivity of the template, as Currency.Wiki offers exchange rate data in over 40 languages, benefiting Wikipedia users worldwide.

There is no article for Currency.Wiki. OANDA isn't linked, so if we're consistent the addition wouldn't be wikilinked. SWinxy (talk) 18:25, 7 June 2023 (UTC)

Duration & Reliability: Currency.Wiki has been online for close to 10 years, as per Whois. This demonstrates the website's longevity and reliability.

Comparison with Existing Listings: Other currency conversion sites listed in the template, while recognized, may not offer the breadth of features available on Currency.Wiki, such as language variety and number formatting based on regional preferences.

Promotion vs. Utility: While I understand the concern regarding the promotional nature of new links, it's essential to differentiate between promoting a commercial product and providing a useful, reliable resource for Wikipedia's global audience. Given the added benefits and features of Currency.Wiki, the intention is solely to enhance the user experience.

I would genuinely appreciate if we could reassess the value and utility that Currency.Wiki offers in comparison to other listed websites. My proposal is rooted in the desire to enhance the template for users worldwide, rather than any promotional intent.

Align left

Often, a centred table looks strange within a sequence of left-aligned text. It would help to have the option for left-aligning the navbox without resorting to {{{header}}} (which loses the navbox style) — GhostInTheMachine ^{talk to me} 17:38, 22 November 2023 (UTC)
