Template:Ftd → Template:Category Fossil taxa described in X – The current template name is senseless. It is a substitution template for the creation of a category tag, "Category: Fossil taxa described in ..." so the template should so be renamed. The current title can exist as a shortcut. -- 67.70.26.89 (talk) 20:56, 9 December 2020 (UTC) —Relisting. BegbertBiggs (talk) 22:24, 18 December 2020 (UTC) —Relisting. Megan B.... - Oppose move - If you rename it, there's no point in this template existing, as {{Category Fossil taxa described in X|...}} is no shorter than just typing [[Category:Fossil taxa described in ...]] for no added benefit. Either keep {{ftd|X}} as a shortcut or delete it. John Womble (talk) 08:28, 20 December 2020 (UTC)
