I have removed the coat of arms from this template because that image is not clearly labeled as being free. Nonfree images are not allowed in stub templates. If you want to restore the image to the template, obtain convincing evidence that that particular coat of arms is public domain or otherwise ineligible for copyright. Failing presentation of evidence that indicates the image in question is licensed under some fair use license, we must presume that its use here is under a fair use claim. Wikipedia:Fair use criteria item #9 proscribes the use of such images in templates. --Durin22:33, 19 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
