SAPOL?

edit

I always thought the South Australian Police to come under the executive arm of government but according to the wiki page, SAPOL is a part of the South Australian Department of Justice. Should SAPOL be added to executive, judicial, or not at all? Timeshift 15:44, 22 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Police definitely doesn't come under the legislative or judicial branches of government. It should be under the executive branch if it is there at all; the South Australian Department of Justice is in the executive branch. I have no objection to it being added. --ThirdEdition 03:32, 23 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Which template?

edit

Hi everyone - on pages such as South Australian legislative election, 2006 where both templates are needed, more than one template causes both to be hidden automatically, requiring show to be clicked to show it. I changed the SA govt template to this - http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Government_of_South_Australia&oldid=82475232 - which means that both templates would show by default. But this was reverted back to - http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Government_of_South_Australia&oldid=82522215 - the reason being that it was not consistent. What is it supposed to be consistent with? And the benefits outweigh the supposed drawbacks. Is there a real disadvantage to the way I modified it? What are peoples opinions?
