ODB++
editDear Woz2, I see you added OBB++ to the vector formats in the past and I had removed it. You recently added it back. To avoid an edit war. ODB++ indeed contains a capable vector graphics subset, I do not dispute this. However it is a PCB CAD/CAM format, containing a complete design of a board, attributes, panelization. But if we view all CAD/CAM or whatever formats that contain a vector subset as vector formats, we will have to add all mechanical, PCB formats, and more. The vector formats here are intended pure vector formats, solely or largely used to transfer vector data. If the format contains more, it must be entered in the compound format list. Otherwise that list has no purpose. ODB++, however, is not a graphics file format at all. It should not be in this list at all. Where it richly deserves a place is in CAD/CAM formats. Maybe one can there add if a format contains a vector subset, but I think nearly all CAD/CAM formats do, one way or another. OK?--Karloman2 (talk) 07:38, 26 March 2012 (UTC)
EMF+ added
editEMF and EMF+ are actually two different, but interrelated things. An EMF file is encapsulated in a WMF file. And EMF+ file is encapsulated in an EMF file. All done via comment records. - Chris.sherlock (talk) 12:10, 30 December 2019 (UTC)
