Template talk:House of Savoy
long
editRecent edits have made this template about two page views long, which makes it both an eyesore and almost useless as a quick navigation tool. Can someone who knows something about it cut it down, dramatically? - BT 19:11, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
short
editThis is absurd. The template seems to based on the notion that the House of Savoy began with Vittorio Emanuele II. I am going to add a couple of his missing children then remove it from his article. —Ian Spackman 16:45, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
Eye sore
editThe years and unnecessary extra titles in the template make the template look awful. (Example: Emanuele Alberto (born 16 March 1851), Count of Mirafiori and Fontanafredda).
As I'm sure there are those who have placed a lot of hard work on it, I will not change anything. I might recommend however that those responsible change the template for easier reading and search. Ruby2010 (talk) 22:15, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
