Factual errors

1. North West Company was never held by the HBC; NWC was a competitor that merged with HBC in 1821.
2. HBC was never a United States company. It operated on US territory, legaly and illegaly, but was not subject to US laws.
3. HBC was incorporated in England and was an English company until 1970.
