So there shouldn't be things like ice cream here. But how about the non-dairy ice-creamish stuff like sorbet? Even closer to the freezie/popsicle-ly family, things like Italian ice (water ice) and granita. Just not sure where the line is on what becomes "ice-based" and what doesn't. -- B.S.
