Color scheme?

What's the significance of the dark blue color scheme? It's not apparent to me, so I'd like to know the rationale. Otherwise there shouldn't be any color scheme at all per WP standards on templates. Jrcla2 (talk) 03:51, 12 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
