What is the "smaller_continents" argument supposed to contain? Its current contents in Gondwana are a confusingly incomplete mix of predecessors that became part of Gondwana (e.g. Atlantica) and current continents or microcontinents resulting from Gondwana's fragmentation (e.g. Antarctica, Zealandia). All of the latter are larger than Arabia, which is listed in the "today" argument. This doesn't seem clear or consistent. I think it would be clearer to have separate arguments for predecessors and successors, not divided by size, and also a separate "today" argument (although that may be redundant with successors for recent historical continents like Gondwana, so at least one of these should be optional). --Avenue (talk) 12:01, 17 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
