Accessibility of junction template

This template is not accessible as it does not produce a unique first column that can be used by blind people to distinguish each row from the next. It would be better to use mile as the first column, since that is unique within a state. If a junction table covers multiple states, then perhaps it would have to be broken into a series of tables, one per state. Thisisnotatest (talk) 08:33, 22 December 2011 (UTC)
