Through many discussions on talk pages and the WP:Kylie talk page, it has been determined that the song "Kids" belongs in the "Featured singles" section because Kylie Minogue's label, Parlophone, had no hand in releasing and promoting the single. On several outlets where the song is listed (including BPI and the Wikipedia page itself) the label is listed as Chrysalis/EMI, the featured artist Robbie Williams' label. With this finding, it can be determined that the song was never a single from Minogue's album Light Years. It happened to be added onto the track listing of the album. In addition to "Kids" not being listed as a single from Light Years, the album shall not be listed as the origin of the track. I have written this statement to prevent the change in the template to be reverted. This decision has been discussed with WP:Kylie members a long time ago. Hopefully after this statement, it will be the end to this drawn out edit war. I Help, When I Can.[12]01:09, 12 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
