Jess Phillips
editGiven Jess Phillips has dropped out, I think this should be noted on the template. However I am not sure if she should be classed as not nominated, given she cleared the MPs hurdle, but did not complete the second stage or if she should be noted as having withdrawn. For the moment I Have gone with the latter using a variation of the format on Template:2005 Conservative Party leadership election, but would be interested in others' thoughts on this. The result of the move request was: Procedural close. It has been determined that the proper way to deal with redundant templates is via WP:TFD. See WP:TFD#REASONS #2. (non-admin closure) ---CX Zoom(he/him) (let's talk|contribs) 18:24, 26 February 2022 (UTC)
Template:Labour Party leadership election, 2020 → Template:2020 Labour Party leadership election – Another article was created with this name. Unreal7 (talk) 17:16, 13 February 2022 (UTC)
- Oppose: make it a redirect instead of renaming it across namespaces. HandsomeFella (talk) 22:35, 15 February 2022 (UTC)
- This isn't a rename request as both are templates so the proper place is TfD. That said, I agree with nom that the end-title should be "2020 Labour Party leadership election", as that is closer to how the article title is titled 2020 Labour Party leadership election (UK) (which is how a very long RfC decided that these should be titled).
