Boldfaced facilities

Maybe it's obvious to the editors of this navbox, but will someone please either explain here, or even better, with a not on the template itself, why there are some facilities boldface and not others? Are they above a certain size threshold? With out this explanation, this navbox is just aesthetically poor. oknazevad (talk) 21:43, 20 March 2012 (UTC)
