Template talk:MLB roster

"Coaches/Other"

edit

That doesn't sound good. Should we just move the 60 day DL and restricted list to the inactive roster section? --Muboshgu (talk) 03:46, 8 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

The new below

edit

It's kind of clunky looking. Not to mention, the "More rosters" link takes you to a page with all rosters. Do we need the below? Does it make navigation better? – Muboshgu (talk) 14:27, 18 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

I would remove it. And judging from the comments of a number of baseball editors on your talk page they probably think it should be removed as well. -DJSasso (talk) 16:02, 25 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
I also vote for removing it. — X96lee15 (talk) 16:18, 25 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
I also believe this additional navigational aid is unnecessary, and support keeping it out of the team roster navboxes. isaacl (talk) 17:02, 25 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
I also vote for removing it and dont know why it was put back in. Spanneraol (talk) 03:41, 26 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
TFD it. There is no reason why you would want or need links to other team rosters on any other team's article. It is just bulky clutter and a mass of irrelevant links. Resolute 15:20, 26 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
It sure seems like we should nominate it. – Muboshgu (talk) 20:34, 26 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

stripped div tag

edit

@Blahblah32blahblah, Spanneraol, Charlesaaronthompson, Dmoore5556, NatureBoyMD, Lugubrious DBB, Muboshgu, Abomb8888, Frietjes, WOSlinker, and Izno: Under certain circumstances, such as the call from Draft:2021 Beantown Rangers season, this template generates a stripped </div> tag coming from [[List of Major League Baseball team rosters|All MLB rosters]]</div>. I think the </div> tag needs to be moved closer to the opening <div> tag. —Anomalocaris (talk) 20:26, 12 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Anomalocaris, probably fixed now using template:unbulleted list instead. Frietjes (talk) 20:55, 12 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
Frietjes: Thanks! —Anomalocaris (talk) 21:12, 12 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
