In the title, the words "New York" should link to "New York (state)", and there should be a link to "National Register of Historic Places listings in New York" in the bottom (see the proposed changes in the sandbox) Eli355 (talk | contribs) 23:27, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
Change <noinclude>{{Documentation|content=
{{collapsible option}}
[[Category:New York (state) templates]]
[[Category:New York (state) National Register of Historic Places templates| ]]
}}</noinclude> to <noinclude>{{documentation}}</noinclude>, which will transclude the documentation subpage, Template:National Register of Historic Places in New York/doc, which includes the collapsible option, categories, and usage notes. Make the links to Category, list, and portal on the bottom of the template bold, so they stand out, by adding | belowstyle = font-weight:bold;, and change the wording of the link to the portal from "National Register of Historic Places" to "National Register of Historic Places Portal".
