Howie Roseman links

@Dissident93: Okay, so WP:NAV-WITHIN says "Avoid repeating links to the same article within a template" and WP:EXISTING says "Unlinked text should be avoided". In this case these guidelines contradict each other, and in my opinion, if someone goes to the Howie Roseman page, opens the navbox, and only sees bolded text for his tenure from 2010–2014, they will be confused.
